The Kenai Peninsula Borough is defending Nikiski as the preferred site. The City of Valdez has also criticized the Draft EIS. Trustees for Alaska has also asked FERC to extend the comment deadline. Meanwhile, has submitted 295 pages of information to FERC on September 25. | ||
