"The feasibility study was undertaken in accordance with the Plan of Study (POS) for the Susitna Hydroelectric Project, which was first issued by the Power Authority for public review and comment on February 4, 1980. Three revisions to the POS were issued in September, 1980, December, 1981, and January, 1982 to take account of public, federal, and state agency comments and concerns. ... The POS also addresses the requirements for filing a FERC license application, which is currently scheduled for September 30, 1982"--Volume 1, sections 1-8, page 1-1.

The Susitna Hydroelectric Project document index gives the date "830504" [i.e. May 4, 1983], but the text suggests a date 1982. The supplement to the feasibility report states the report was issed March 15, 1982 (see Section 1.1).

Volume 7 contains three issues of "The Susitna hydro studies" in pocket: 1st-3rd (November 1980-January 1982). Exhibit 3 of volume 7 includes a copy of: A report on the first series of community meetings on the feasibility studies for the Susitna Hydroelectric Project and other power alternatives : April 1980, Fairbanks, Talkeetna, Wasilla, Anchorage.
