APA Document no. 2427 is similar to documents APA 2954 and 2955 with the following exceptions: APA 2427 lacks a cover; it includes the October 25, 1980 and November 18, 1981 letters to John Lawrence; it lacks the four illustrations accompanying "Susitna Hydroelectric Project Acres American External Review Panel report no. 4" (February 18, 1982); it includes the November 19, 1982 letter and August 12, 1983 letter with Engineering Sub-Panel Meeting report no. 1, both addressed to David D. Wozniak. In addition, Report no. 2 (June 5, 1981) is formatted slightly differently, but the text is the same.
