The copies assigned both APA numbers are identical with only minor alterations to the cover of copies numbered 2955: the Harza-Ebasco Susitna Joint Venture series label is attached and "Panel Meeting #6" is handwritten. APA Document no. 2427 is similar to documents APA 2954 and 2955 with the following exceptions: APA 2427 lacks a cover; it includes the October 25, 1980 and November 18, 1981 letters to John Lawrence; it lacks the four illustrations accompanying "Susitna Hydroelectric Project Acres American External Review Panel report no. 4" (February 18, 1982); it includes the November 19, 1982 letter and August 12, 1983 letter with Engineering Sub-Panel Meeting report no. 1, both addressed to David D. Wozniak. In addition, Report no. 2 (June 5, 1981) is formatted slightly differently, but the text is the same. The handwritten Panel Meeting #6 wording on certain copies (which was carried over into the index entry) may indicate that this document was prepared for the sixth External Review Panel Meeting. |
