The parties entered the agreement on January 31, 1978. The withdrawal was effective December 31, 1994. The partnership holds a conditional certificate issued by Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), so on January 20, 1995 the ANNGTC partnership filed with FERC a "Notice of Amendment to Partnership Agreement" along with a copy of Amendment no. 4. Amendment no. 4 (included as Exhibit A) contains the pertinent changes to the partnership agreement resulting from this withdrawal. Both the notice and amendment are attached to this report. | ||
