| Summary: | Robert Pierce informs the Department of Energy of changes to the Alaskan Northwest Natural Gas Transportation Company general partnership resulting from the withdrawal of Northwest Alaskan Pipeline Company (ANNGTC), which had served as operator of the partnership. The parties entered the agreement on January 31, 1978. The withdrawal was effective December 31, 1994. The partnership holds a conditional certificate issued by Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), so on January 20, 1995 the ANNGTC partnership filed with FERC a "Notice of Amendment to Partnership Agreement" along with a copy of Amendment no. 4. Amendment no. 4 (included as Exhibit A) contains the pertinent changes to the partnership agreement resulting from this withdrawal. Both the notice and amendment are attached to this report. |
