Federal export legislation : Alaska North Slope natural gas

A general overview of issues involving the proposed distribution of liquefied Alaska natural gas is presented. The three federal laws that have the greatest effect are discussed. Efforts to export to non-free-trade nations will be much more challenging than to free-trade countries.
