Susitna Hydro Aquatic Studies) ; %T [Resident and juvenile anadromous fish investigations (May-October 1983)]. %U https://www.arlis.org/docs/vol1/Susitna/17/APA1784dpt2.pdf %U https://www.arlis.org/docs/vol1/Susitna/17/APA1784d.html %7 Array %X There are four categories of studies in this volume. 1) Basic distribution and relative abundance of each species (pt. 2 for juvenile salmon and pt. 5 for resident fishes) with emphasis on macrohabitats and on causes of the observed distributions. 2) Movement and migration data (pts. 1 and 5); tracking was done with a battery-powered portable microcomputer, radio-tagging, and radiotelemetry. 3) Population dynamics and estimates (pts. 1, 2, and 5). 4) Habitat relationships of each species with emphasis on discharge and relation of species and life stages to discharge variables (such as depth and speed) (pts. 1, 2, 3, and 6).
