The study areas vary by species, but encompass streams, riparian areas, and wetlands. Primarily, the study focuses on the Susitna River and river valley between Talkeetna and the confluence of the Oshetna River, a buffer zone around the inundation zone, and the access road and transmission-line corridors that reach Chulitna and the Denali Highway (continuing to Cantwell). This document details Alaska Energy Authority's efforts in implementing the study through September 2015, and is intended to supplement Part A of the Initial Study Report published in June 2014. | ||
