This memorandum was later retransmitted in part to Larry Gilbertson of Harza-Ebasco Susitna Joint Venture from the original sender, Jeffrey H. Coffin, Senior Hydrologist at R & M Consultants, Inc. on December 3, 1985 with a new letter of transmittal. That re-transmittal included only the original 3-page memo and pages 9-15 and 29 of the attachments (that is, seven computer printed sheets (referred to as informational sheets) and a chart). | ||
