| Summary: | This document is a memorandum retransmitted in part that was originally sent in full to Wayne Dyok of Acres American from Jeff Coffin of R & M Consultants, Inc. on February 18, 1983. That 1983 memorandum consisted of various documentation pertaining to hydraulic analyses for use by the Susitna Hydroelectric Project accompanied by three pages of explanatory text (which additionally discusses previously transmitted aerial photos). The supporting papers included water-surface profiles and 100-year flood plain limits for flows in the Watana and Gold Creek reaches of the Susitna River. This memorandum was later retransmitted in part to Larry Gilbertson of Harza-Ebasco Susitna Joint Venture from the original sender, Jeffrey H. Coffin, Senior Hydrologist at R & M Consultants, Inc. on December 3, 1985 with a new letter of transmittal. That re-transmittal included only the original 3-page memo and pages 9-15 and 29 of the attachments (that is, seven computer printed sheets (referred to as informational sheets) and a chart). |
