The chief goal of this study is to collect baseline data to assist in evaluating the effects of Project-induced changes in flow and the interrelated environmental factors (temperature, substrate, water quality) upon the benthic macroinvertebrate and algal communities in the middle and lower Susitna River. This document details Alaska Energy Authority's status in implementing the study by describing the activities that are being performed and whether variances are being made for each study component.
