This is volume 8, no. 2 of Montana outdoors, called a special issue.

The Yellowstone River had been threatened with the prospect of water diversion and plans for a dam near Livingston, Montana, in the 1970s. In response, the Montana Department of Fish and Game released this special issue of "Montana Outdoors" devoted to the Yellowstone River and produced the film "The Yellowstone Concerto" in order to promote its plea to protect the river from development that would affect the instream flow and river ecology.
