On February 20, 1985 Donald H. Clarke of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) sent a letter to Jane Drennan of Pillsbury Madison & Sutro requesting updated the reference forecast model for the OGP-6 runs (this letter is included). The model, which is described in the user's manual (see document APA 2516), is run using a computer program call Optimized Generation Planning written by General Electric Company. It is being used for cost comparisions of the Susitna Hydroelectric Project. FERC had originally requested the input data and output results for the OGP-6 runs on October 24, 1984, to which the Alaska Power Authority responded in November 1984 (see documents APA 2509-2510), but the model had been updated since then.
