Description
Summary:Crosswalk tables (attached to this letter) document how the objectives and methodologies of the USFWS and NMFS' original study requests--dating back to May 2012, prior to the Proposed Study Plan--have been addressed in the Revised Study Plan. Specifically, the crosswalk tables identify the equivalent Revised Study Plan sections where the USFWS and NMFS' original study request objectives and methodologies have been substantially incorporated into the Revised Study Plan. In instances where the Revised Study Plan does not substantially incorporate an original study request objective or methodology submitted by one or both Services, the crosswalk tables either: (1) provide Alaska Energy Authority's rationale for not incorporating the objective or methodology; or (2) document, by reference to Appendix 1 of the Revised Study Plan, how the objective or methodology has been modified, resolved, or dropped from the study plan through the collaborative efforts of the licensing participants following Alaska Energy Authority's filing of the Proposed Study Plan.
