| Summary: | This set of printouts represents transparencies used for a presentation on anadromous fishes found in the Susitna River, Alaska. The presentation covers all five species of Pacific salmon of Alaska with one page on eulachon, and describes the migration, escapement, spawning areas (including sloughs and streams), and commercial harvest based on the years 1982 and 1983. Unlike Vincent-Lang's presentation handouts, this set includes numerous sheets on aquatic habitat: discharge, turbidity, trap catches, abundance by macrohabitat, streamflow and water temperature with the Susitna Hydroelectric Project, and flow relationship hydrographs. |

| Notes: | Figures and charts related to anadromous fishes of the Susitna watershed and aquatic habitat. Title from the Susitna Aquatic Impact Assessment Project bibliography and from fiche header. Title was also written on note paper attached to the first sheet during microfilming. The Susitna Aquatic Impact Assessment Project bibliography gives credit to E. Marchegianni [i.e. Marchegiani] and T. Arminski and gives date of 1984. Sheets 5 to 25 (sheets are unnumbered) of this handout are identical to the first twenty-one sheets in another presentation handout. That handout is assigned APA document number 4097 and was titled by the cataloger as: [Presentation about Susitna River fish species presented by Douglas Vincent-Lang : printouts of overhead transparencies]. |
