Bishop, the author at Environaid, to Harry L. Rietze, Director of National Marine Fisheries Service, Alaska Region, is dated October 31, 1975, in which the author states the report was made June 19, 1974. The letter from Harry L. Rietze to J.V. House, Administrator of Alaska Power Administration, is dated March 18, 1975, and states copies will be reprinted. It is most probable that the letter from Bishop to Rietze was sent first soon after the completion of the report, and that the actual date of that letter was October 31, 1974. |
