Neotoma cinerea

The bushy-tailed woodrat is a large soft-furred rat with a distinctive well-furred tail. Two specimens have been collected in southeast Alaska (USNM 288341, Unuk River; USNM 246803, Lower Taku River) and are held at the Smithsonian Institution.
