This newsletter should not be confused with another newsletter of the same title published in English and Inupiaq by BP and Phillips Alaska (later by ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc.), but in conjunction of the Bureau of Land Management (though not published by the PPR-A Planning Team within BLM). That "NPR-A Update" is available through this link.
The HTML versions of issues 1, 3, and 5 are lacking dates, but that may be the result of the poor quality of HTML versions that ARLIS was able to archive (some of which are lacking the masthead). All HTML versions below have been captured and edited as PDF files, but the quality is poor due to inability to find good quality archived versions.
