Equipment Policies

The library provides equipment for the use of library materials in the library. Such equipment may include photocopiers, microfiche and microfilm readers/printers, audio tape player, VCR monitor, slide viewer and light board.

Computers within the library are available to allow library users to access the library's catalog, CD-ROM indexes, and other electronic resources.

Printing from computer printers and microfiche/film reader/printers are free.

Photocopies are $.15 a page and we are planning to implement prepaid photocopy accounts for convenience.

Equipment may be available to those using the library conference room, provided that requests are made at the time the conference room is reserved. Equipment may include teleconference equipment, overhead projector, and other library equipment. Founding agencies will be given priority use of equipment.

Off-site use of library equipment may be available to founding agencies on a limited and case by case basis. The borrower is responsible for returning the equipment undamaged and in working condition.
